Today there are two changes for my website:

  1. Switched SSL CA
  2. Changed default site authentication algorithm

1. Switched SSL CA

I’ve switched my SSL certificate CA/provider from Let’s Encrypt to Google Trust Services (GTS). This will improve site confidence and security.

2. Changed default site authentication algorithm

I’ve also changed my website default authentication algorithm from AES_128_GCM to AES_256_GCM, which will provide improved security to all connections. The site should be compatible with the older ones, but if you experiment some kind of problems, please contact me as soon as possible.

Also, I want to announce that I now own lumito.dev, a new domain that I will be using to host and distribute new software and services (no, I don’t have plans for unregistering lumito.net). This domain has all the new security enhancements announced above.

Thanks a lot for using my software!
